Campaign Overview
Tunnel Media House partnered with WeWork to spotlight the Lago Alberto location in Mexico City with a social campaign and video series. Led by Head of Sales Ricardo Pedraza, the campaign introduced the building’s premium “A+” features through a virtual tour that showed why the space fits startups, growing teams, and established companies alike.
Production and Content Creation
We produced a walkthrough video with Ricardo guiding viewers through the building. The camera moved through a professional photography and video studio, adaptable offices, and the Mailroom, an event space with capacity for 180 people. Each feature was shown in use, illustrating the flexibility and scale of the space.
Alongside the main video, our team created short-form clips designed for Instagram and TikTok. They borrowed from trending sounds and formats, framing the building’s features in quick, shareable moments that resonated with younger audiences.
Social Media Strategy
Content rolled out across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn in a coordinated push. The long-form tour acted as the anchor, while short clips captured attention in-feed and funneled viewers to explore further. Clear calls-to-action encouraged bookings and inquiries.
The storytelling approach gave Lago Alberto dimension. Audiences saw it as a place for events, team building, and community connection, a working space with its own culture.
